A Greco-Roman wrestling tournament in memory of the eliminated occupier took place in annexed Crimea
From September 26 to 28, a Greco-Roman wrestling tournament was held in annexed Bakhchysarai (Crimea) in honor of the eliminated occupier Denis Shestak. This information was spread by the portal 'Glavkom'.
Children up to 16 years old from occupied territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, Crimea, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Taganrog, and Rostov regions participated in the competition. The tournament was named 'Tournament in Memory of the Cavalier of the Order of Courage D.G. Shestak' and was dedicated to the memory of the fallen Russian soldiers in the war against Ukraine.
Traitor Denis Shestak was a master of sports and a silver medalist of the Ukrainian Greco-Roman wrestling championship. He was eliminated on April 7, 2023, fighting against Ukraine since October 2022. The occupier's father, Georgiy Shestak, headed the so-called 'Ministry of Sports of Crimea' from 2014 to 2016.
Elizaveta Tatalina, a participant in the competition, belongs to the Russian military club CSKA, which actively participates in military actions on the territory of Ukraine. Earlier, she expressed support for Russian military actions and received support from the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin after winning at the World Championship.
