Andrii Besedin, the head of the Kup'yansk city military administration, warns about the difficult situation in the city, which is currently under great threat. Kup'yansk remains a closed area due to the constant danger, and access to the city is prohibited for civilian services, including volunteers and rescuers.
“The only way to leave the city is to walk out of its boundaries. Our services - volunteers, rescuers, police - will help you get to a safe place. You can also contact the military, who are also ready to help,” the official explained.
Currently, an operation against diversions is underway, during which special forces are working at the limit of possibility to push back the enemy. The lives of local residents are in great danger, as every moment can be decisive.
