In Lviv, a Greek Catholic priest, Father Yustin Boiko, received threats from pediatric dentist Oleksandr Strohono. The doctor has already admitted his guilt. The police and the SBU are investigating this incident, reports Glavkom citing Zaxid.net.
According to the received information, the priest was threatened by a Facebook user with the pseudonym Alexander Pogrebnyak. After an appeal to law enforcement agencies, it turned out that the threats came from Oleksandr Strohono himself, who apologized to the priest and stated that he wrote them in a surge of emotions.
Father Yustin Boiko was informed that the threats might be related to his views on certain religious issues that caused ambiguity in the community. The priest does not hide, makes public statements, and hopes that the law enforcement agencies will make efforts to establish the doctor's motives.
