A forum took place in Lviv to discuss new approaches to social support and community resilience in the context of war. The event featured the participation of Deputy Ministers of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine, Tetiana Kyriienko and Anatoliy Komirnyi.
At the forum, coordination and cooperation between the state, civil society organizations, volunteers, and businesses were discussed, as well as the accessibility of social services for internally displaced persons, veterans and their families, and people with disabilities.
The event presented solutions from volunteer communities, initiatives, and businesses, as well as best practices in this field. The initiative was supported by the Coordination Center under the Lviv Regional State Administration, the NGO 'Ptakha Ukrainy', and the Right to Protection UNHCR in Ukraine.
The forum in Lviv became a place for discussions on new approaches to social support and cooperation among different sectors of society in wartime aimed at improving the accessibility of social services for all population categories, including internally displaced persons, veterans, and people with disabilities. This event allowed representatives of the state, volunteers, businesses, and the public to exchange experiences and find new common paths for societal development in times of crisis.
