Farewell to Stepan Higa took place in Lviv. The hearse arrived at the Garrison Church of Saints Peter and Paul, where the singer's coffin was surrounded by live flowers. In the center was a portrait of Stepan Higa, depicted smiling.

His relatives, friends, fans, and hundreds of townspeople came to the farewell. All gathered in the church or nearby to pay tribute to the artist who glorified Ukraine with his creativity.
Funeral of Stepan Higa
Stepan Higa will be buried in Lviv, at the Lychakiv Cemetery. Farewell will last until 23:00, and on December 15, the funeral will take place at the Garrison Church and a citywide farewell at Rynok Square. Stepan Higa will be buried in the 75th field of Lychakiv Cemetery, with the city organizing the entire ceremony.
The Ukrainian singer passed away on December 12 in a Lviv hospital, after a difficult operation and a prolonged stay in intensive care.
