Due to military conflicts, citizens of Ukraine often lose their important documents and then face the problem of recovering them.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the procedure for recovering various types of documents differs depending on the specific situation and requires a certain set of documents for their restoration.
Recovery of property document
If you lose a property document issued after 2013, you can obtain an extract from the State Register of Property Rights. With this extract, you will be able to manage the property and submit claims for compensation if something happens to the property. It can be obtained online, at the CNAP, or from a notary.
If you lost the document before 2013 and have no records in the register, you need to contact the authority that issued the document. If the information is lost, you may need to go to court.
