В Одесі працівники ТЦК знущалися над моряком, що повернувся з полону: розпочато кримінальне провадження.

Incident with a Marine in Odesa

In Odesa, employees of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC and SS) beat soldier Roman Pokid'ko from the 36th separate marine brigade, who was recently released from Russian captivity. The incident took place on December 4, when nine individuals, who identified themselves as employees of the Peresyp District TCC, stopped Pokid'ko on Semen Paliy Street.

According to information, the soldier was forcibly dragged into an official vehicle, where he was beaten and gassed. Currently, Pokid'ko is undergoing a medical examination in a hospital. The police of the Odesa region have opened a criminal case under Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for intentional minor bodily harm.

Service Investigation

The Odesa Regional TCC and SS have also announced the start of a service investigation. If it is proven during the investigation that the TCC and SS military personnel exceeded their authority or committed illegal actions against a fellow soldier, they will face the strictest punishment prescribed by law.

This incident has caused a wide public outcry, as it concerns the issue of protecting the rights of military personnel, especially those returning from captivity. In wartime conditions, it is important to ensure not only the physical safety of fighters but also their moral and psychological well-being.

The investigation of this case may become an important step in increasing the accountability of state structures for the actions of their employees and restoring trust in the military management system.
