Польська ініціатива підтримує молодих українців, надаючи можливість отримати ваучери на кар'єрний розвиток до 2500 злотих.

U-READY Project Launches Across Poland

A new phase of the U-READY project, organized by CARE Poland, has begun nationwide. This initiative is designed to assist young Ukrainians in building their careers. The program targets Ukrainian nationals aged 18 to 24 who arrived in Poland after February 24, 2022, and who are currently not employed or enrolled in formal education. This effort is part of a broader response to support displaced Ukrainians seeking stability in neighboring countries.

Support Available to Participants

Those selected for the U-READY project can access the following support:

  • Complimentary career guidance sessions;
  • Assistance with job searches and career planning;
  • Vouchers worth up to 2500 Polish zloty to cover the cost of short-term language or vocational courses lasting 3-4 months.

Participation is free, but the number of available spots is limited. Interested individuals must register by completing an online application form.

“The program's goal is to help young Ukrainians integrate into the Polish labor market, acquire necessary skills, and increase their chances for a successful start to their professional lives.” - Initiative representatives

Consequently, U-READY serves as a vital resource for Ukrainian youth in Poland who are striving to establish themselves in a new job market. The launch of U-READY represents a significant step in aiding young Ukrainians facing difficult circumstances due to the war. By fostering professional development, the initiative is critical for successful adaptation to the Polish labor market. Given Poland's sizable Ukrainian diaspora, such programs can substantially impact the economic stability and social integration of young migrants.
