Drones attacked the gas pipeline in Russia: Gazprom halted supplies due to explosions

According to information received from sources in the special services, an explosion occurred at the Central Asia - Center gas pipeline in Russia following a series of drone attacks on Saturday, August 2. The incident took place in the Volgograd region, which led to the cessation of natural gas transportation through this pipeline.


The Central Asia - Center gas pipeline belongs to Gazprom and is used to supply gas from Turkmenistan through Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan to Russia. This pipeline is a key chain for the Russian military-industrial complex, providing energy to several enterprises, including the Demikhovsky Machine-Building Plant, the Russian Aircraft Corporation MiG, and others.



RESULT: In Russia, as a result of the drone attack, the Central Asia - Center gas pipeline was damaged, leading to the cessation of natural gas transportation through this pipeline. The pipeline is important for the Russian military-industrial complex, providing energy to several strategically important enterprises.
