The RF Navy has opened the first 'Drone Control Center' in Kamchatka. According to Defense Express, reconnaissance drones 'Forepost' and 'Orion' (previously known as 'Inokhodets') will operate here.
These drones will be responsible for territory control and ensuring the safety of the northern sea route and the strategic base of nuclear submarines. The 'Drone Control Center' was created for the collection and analysis of intelligence information that will be provided by the 'Forepost' and 'Orion' drones.
These steps are aimed at increasing the effectiveness of drone usage and ensuring constant surveillance over specific areas. Additionally, the units responsible for ensuring the safety of the strategic base of nuclear submarines carry out constant monitoring of their exits into the ocean.
