Local residents reported hearing at least three powerful explosions from different parts of the city. The walls of the buildings trembled from the blasts, and bright flashes ran across the sky.
Eyewitnesses recorded bright flashes in the sky and heard several explosions occurring in various parts of the city.
This is not the first case of attacks on the Oryol CHP. At the end of October, an attack also occurred in the city, when between three to seven explosions struck the city. Eyewitnesses described bright flashes and alarms triggered by the explosions echoing throughout the city.
The explosions in the city of Oryol caused panic among local residents and require further investigation to identify those responsible for these attacks.
