Authorities currently have no confirmation that the disappearance is related to a crime. 'We believe she was simply traveling the country, left her car in Potrero, and never returned to it,' said San Diego Sheriff Sergeant Jacob Klepach. The police do not rule out the possibility that the woman may have voluntarily crossed the border into Mexico.
