The fifth phase of the 'Hansen Settlement' has been opened in Tarasivka in Kyiv region
The Hansen Settlement in Tarasivka, Kyiv region, has expanded – the fifth phase is now open. There are already houses for families from frontline areas, a dormitory for evacuees, a space for students of the IT academy, and a recovery shelter for women affected by the Russian army.
Nearly 500 families from different regions have already moved here and find a new home and support. The residents of the settlement say that this project helps them not only to have housing but also to restore their inner strength, feel protected, and believe in a better future. Such initiatives help rebuild communities and restore hope.
Two-year cooperation with the Charity Hansen Ukrainian Mission
The cooperation with the Charity Hansen Ukrainian Mission has allowed the project to expand to more settlements in Kyiv region. Over two years, more than 900 residential units have been built, where thousands of internally displaced persons now live. This is a true success of joint work and dedication to the cause.
The expansion of the 'Hansen Settlement' is not only about construction but also about community restoration, support, and hope for those who have suffered from the war. This project demonstrates the importance of humanitarian aid and support in difficult times.
