Poltava Regional Recruitment Center Forms Notification Teams
Ukraine's Poltava Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment (TCC) is now building its notification units exclusively from service members who hold official combat veteran status. Personnel currently in the process of applying for this designation will be reassigned to other duties within the center. Meanwhile, TCC employees without any battlefield experience are being rotated into combat units to gain the necessary skills on the front lines.
Audit and Legal Reforms Underway
In 2025, Ukraine's Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Oleksandr Syrskyi, ordered a comprehensive audit of all TCCs to identify personnel with combat experience. Service members lacking such experience and without medical restrictions will be deployed to active combat zones. Between 2022 and 2025, every head of the territorial recruitment centers has been replaced. Currently, nearly 70% of all TCC and Support Service personnel have direct combat experience.
David Arakhamia, head of the 'Servant of the People' faction and a member of the Ukrainian Parliament's Committee on National Security, Defense, and Intelligence, has announced that the final phase of updating mobilization legislation is now in progress. According to Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Presidential Office, Ukraine has been meeting its minimum mobilization targets for the past six months.
As a result, the Poltava Regional TCC continues its active efforts to build effective notification teams by relying on combat-tested soldiers, while the overhaul of mobilization laws is nearing completion.
