A terrible tragedy occurred in Ternopil when 25 people were killed due to Russian shelling, among them 3 children, and another 73 people were injured, including 15 children.
Psychologists from the State Emergency Service from all over Ukraine are currently working at the scene to provide support to the victims. In addition, emergency rescue operations are ongoing: 160 rescuers, helicopter crews, dog handlers, and the 'Delta' special unit are trying to help. About 45 units of emergency service equipment are also involved, including robotic systems, and sappers are surveying the area.
