«On July 25th at noon, an explosion occurred on Volodymyr Vinnychenko Street, – the police reported», – says the official statement.
According to law enforcement data, the explosion happened in an apartment on the third floor. During the inspection of residents, police discovered the bodies of a man and a woman.
