On September 26, 2026, the Office for Foreigners will conduct an information Saturday in Warsaw. Foreigners, including Ukrainians, will be able to receive individual consultations regarding legalization of stay, migration procedures, and documents. Registration in advance is required for attendance. This is reported by InPoland.
The information Saturday will take place from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the headquarters of the Office located at: Taborowa Street, 33, Warsaw.
How to register for a consultation in Warsaw on September 26, 2026
Advance registration for an individual consultation is mandatory. Registration can be done by phone at 47 721 76 75 from September 3 to September 11.
Visitors can bring an accompanying person. However, the consultation and review of a specific case will only be conducted with the personal presence of the foreigner to whom it concerns.
The event is organized as part of the project “In Direct Contact,” co-financed by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration, and Integration Fund for 2021-2027 and the state budget of Poland.

What questions can foreigners resolve on September 26 in Warsaw
During the information Saturday, visitors will be able to obtain information about the legalization of stay and the progress of matters considered by the Office.
You will also be able to:
- get acquainted with the materials of your case;
- receive letters and summons;
- submit applications to the protocol;
- submit documents to the civil registry office;
- receive documents issued by the head of the Office.
Among the documents that can be collected are, in particular, the residence card, the Geneva travel document, and the temporary identity certificate for foreigners (TZTC).
