The Warsaw branch of the Passport Service has updated the conditions for storing ready-made documents for Ukrainians. Now applicants have more time to collect passports and other documents without the risk of their disposal or re-issuance. The new rules are particularly relevant for those who work in another city or temporarily leave Poland. Visit Ukraine reports on this here.
The decision to extend the terms was made considering the real circumstances faced by Ukrainians abroad. Earlier, some applicants did not manage to collect their documents on time due to work, studies, or a change of residence.

Before visiting the institution, applicants can check the document status online on the official website of the Passport Service in the Document Processing Status section, using the data obtained during the application submission.
