In Vinnytsia, a crowd stormed the stadium due to the detention of men by the TCC: details of the conflict

In Vinnytsia on Friday evening, August 1, clashes with the TCC occurred. Police are currently investigating the circumstances of the conflict.


According to 'Khvylya', a crowd gathered at the stadium in the city demanding the release of men who, according to their claims, were there. This triggered a conflict situation.


The police reported that TCC workers discovered a man who was wanted for evading military service.

Representatives of the TCC explained that a group of men was brought in for procedures under mobilization activities, but an aggressive crowd arrived at the scene demanding the release of the man.


As a result of the conflict with the military, the crowd broke down the gates and attempted to break inside, causing a public order violation.


According to the TCC, aAttempted illegal entry into the temporary gathering point, damage to property, and violation of the law were recorded.

According to media reports, the police intervened and pushed the crowd back using tear gas. Law enforcement established a curfew, asking people to leave the stadium area.


Unfortunately, the conflict led to the evacuation of men remaining on site just before the curfew ended.



During the clashes in Vinnytsia, a conflict situation arose between the crowd and TCC representatives related to bringing in a man who was hiding from military service for procedural purposes under mobilization activities. The police managed to intervene and resolve the situation, but it required evacuating people from the stadium area.
