In Zaporizhzhia, on December 13, 14, and 15, the public transport operation will change due to the temporary suspension of bus and trolleybus services across the DniproHES dam. The changes affect the trolleybus, tram, and bus routes of the city. This is reported by the Zaporizhzhia City Council.
The city council noted that during the restriction period, the transport operations of the company «Zaporizhzhelectrotrans» will be organized according to modified schemes to maintain connectivity between the city areas.
Public transport movement in Zaporizhzhia on weekends
On these days, trolleybuses will run on the following routes:
No. 3 «4th Southern microdistrict – pl. Zaporizhzhia»
No. 8 «Simferopol highway – pl. Zaporizhzhia»
No. 9 «BK ZAlK – Sedova St.»
No. 14 «Simferopol highway – Naberezhnaya»
No. 17 «Sedova St. – pl. Zaporizhzhia».
The movement of trolleybuses No. 1 and No. 11 will be temporarily suspended.
Trams No. 3, No. 10, and No. 15 will operate according to approved routes. Meanwhile:
No. 14 will run on the route «Autostrada – Freedom Square»
No. 16 — «Pavlo-Kichkas – Zaporizhzhia Circus»
route No. 12 will not operate temporarily.
Bus routes and backup solutions
Buses No. 7, No. 29, No. 34a, No. 38, No. 39, No. 56, No. 59, No. 71, No. 86, No. 94, No. 97, and No. 98 will operate according to current schemes. For routes No. 17, No. 18, and No. 72, the direction of movement will change due to the Arch Bridge and Khortytsia Island.

The city council warned that in case of power outages, the movement of electric transport may be restricted, while the number of buses on routes would increase. Current schedules are published on the «Zaporizhzhelectrotrans» website.
