Business Analysis in Defense Digital Projects: A New Course
The Army+ app has introduced a new course titled "Business Analysis in Defense Digital Projects," designed to equip military personnel with skills to identify challenges, understand user requirements, and develop digital solutions that streamline their work. This program is a collaborative effort between Ukraine's Ministry of Defense, CDTO Campus, and the East Europe Foundation, alongside the Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO) and supported by Germany's Ministry of Defense.
Course Overview
Comprising 11 comprehensive lessons, the course covers essential business analysis topics aimed at empowering servicemen and women to:
- Diagnose problems and their root causes;
- Identify the needs of end-users;
- Engage effectively with stakeholders affected by changes;
- Utilize data for informed decision-making;
- Evaluate the success of implemented solutions.
This training is a vital resource to enhance management practices within Ukraine’s Armed Forces, supporting ongoing modernization efforts.
Beyond this new offering, the Army+ app provides military personnel access to over 30 training courses covering a wide range of topics. The “Training” section includes programs on:
- Tactical medicine;
- Psychological preparedness;
- Unmanned aerial vehicle operations;
- Electronic warfare;
- Digital systems management.
The Training feature is developed and maintained by the Armed Forces’ Technology Scaling Center, dedicated to advancing the professional skills of service members across various disciplines.
The launch of the "Business Analysis in Defense Digital Projects" course marks a significant milestone in improving the effectiveness and modernization of military management processes.
