Updates in the 'Reserve+' application
The 'Reserve+' application has started displaying photos of owners of electronic military accounting documents. This innovation, according to Artyom Romanyuk, the head of the Digital Transformation Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, is related to a delay in updates caused by the large amount of data. The system currently contains about 6 million photographs.
Users who wish to see their photos in the application can update it to the latest version. Romanyuk also noted that to display the photograph, users must have a biometric foreign passport, as photos may not display for those who do not have one. Nevertheless, the electronic military accounting document remains valid even without a photograph.
Recommendations for users
To have their photo appear in the application, Romanyuk advises users to take two simple steps:
- update the application to the latest version;
- send a request to update their military accounting document.
These actions will help users take advantage of the new features provided by the updated service.
The implementation of the new function in the 'Reserve+' application is an important step in the digitization of military accounting in Ukraine. It improves access to information for servicemen and simplifies the document processing process. Clearly, such changes contribute to increased transparency and convenience in using electronic services, which becomes particularly relevant in the face of modern challenges.
