Geneva Negotiations Underway
Following bilateral discussions between Ukrainian and American delegations in Geneva, Russian Special Representative Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, arrived at the Four Seasons hotel. His arrival was recorded at 16:25 local time. These talks are part of ongoing diplomatic efforts to address regional tensions stemming from the ongoing war in Ukraine. The American side in the earlier talks was represented by:

The meeting between the Ukrainian and American teams began at 14:00. In preparation for the Russian representative's arrival, police began clearing the area in front of the hotel entrance and readied the vehicles of the Ukrainian delegation for departure.
