On March 13, 2022, Ukrainian journalist Maks Levin was killed by soldiers of the Russian Federation. His body was discovered on April 1, 2022, near the village of Huta. Levin, a native of Boyarka in the Kyiv region, had been covering the war since 2014 and worked for the news outlet Livyi Bereh.
