Attacks Target Kyiv Region
A Russian drone attack on a civilian food processing plant in the Brovary district of the Kyiv region on June 5, 2026, resulted in one death and four injuries. The strike sparked a fire in the administrative building and partially collapsed the facility's structures. Rescue crews managed to extract two workers trapped under the rubble during clearance operations. The Kyiv Regional Military Administration (KOVA) released details of the incident. Escalation of Violence
Several attacks occurred across the Kyiv region during the night of June 4. In the Boryspil district, a strike on an industrial site wounded one employee. Meanwhile, in the Pereiaslav district, a large fire broke out during an air raid alert, preceded by the sound of explosions. Additionally, a tanker truck driver was injured in the Boryspil district amid shelling, bringing the total number of casualties there to three.
The massive assault on the Kyiv region involved attack drones, cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles, damaging residential buildings, warehouses, industrial facilities, and vehicles.
