Zelensky condemned Russia's actions, calling them 'horrific, stupid Russian terrorism'. He emphasized that such strikes have no military meaning: 'There is no military meaning in their actions - only attempts to take as many lives as possible. Russia acts in an extremely corrupt manner.'
'We will respond. We will work with partners to force Russia to stop the war. We must be stronger for this. Here and now we will focus our efforts,' Zelensky noted.
