According to the latest data, the number of casualties from the Russian attack in Kyiv has risen to 28 people. However, according to a representative of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kyiv, there is a probability that there may still be people under the rubble of a building in the Svyatoshyn district.
«As a result of the terrorist act, 28 people have already died. Just now they reported that another person was rescued from the debris of the nine-story building in the Svyatoshyn district», the spokesperson noted.
