Rocket strike on Ternopil: the death toll has risen to 27

In Ternopil, rescuers have pulled the body of another woman from the rubble of a building. The total number of deaths resulting from the rocket strike that occurred on November 19 has risen to 27 people, including three children. According to 'Glavkom', this information comes from the State Emergency Service.


As a result of the Russian attack, another 94 people were injured, including 18 children.



Rescuers continue work at the site of the tragedy


Currently, about 950 square meters of reinforced concrete structures have been dismantled and 460 tons of construction debris have been removed. Emergency rescue operations are ongoing.


It is reminded that the Russian Federation attacked Ternopil with missiles. As a result, 26 people died, including three children. Another 93 people, including 18 children, were injured. Search and emergency rescue operations have been ongoing at the strike site for the second day in a row.


As reported, from November 19 to 21, mourning days were declared in Ternopil for the victims of the night attack.



A bird survived under the rubble


By the way, rescuers in Ternopil rescued a parrot that was found among the ruins of the destroyed nine-story building. The bird managed to survive and remain alive in its cage.
