Hungary refused the European Union community to support the condemnation of the Russian missile strike on Kyiv. According to 'Glavkom', it is precisely the Hungarians who are resisting signing the statement by the EU High Representative, Kaia Callas, who condemns the recent aggression.

It is emphasized that the attack on civilian infrastructure is considered a 'deliberate escalation' and a 'war crime', and there are calls to hold accountable all those involved in violations of international humanitarian law. In particular, attention is drawn to the damage to the buildings of the EU representation and the British Council in Kyiv, and the continuity of diplomats is considered a violation of the Vienna Convention.

The European Union has also promised to support Ukraine and even to strengthen this support, including the expedited development of the 19th sanctions package.

Let us remind you that on the night of August 28, the Russian army launched an attack on Kyiv and as a result, 22 people died. The offices of 'Ukrainska Pravda' and the editorial office of 'Radio Liberty' were also damaged.

Hungary opposes signing the EU statement regarding the condemnation of the Russian missile strike on Kyiv; support from the European Union for Ukraine indicates the stability of the international coalition against Russian aggression.
