In the coming days, Ukraine expects the European Union to finalize its decision on a new tranche of budget assistance, aligned with previously agreed terms. While Ukrainian interceptors are already deployed in combat, their effectiveness needs to improve, and we aim to increase interception rates week by week," Zelensky remarked.
Specific production targets for interceptors have been set through October 2026. This critical objective is overseen by the Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the manufacturers. "Clear production goals have been established for October. This strategic mission is tightly coordinated at all levels—from the Ministry of Defense to the Armed Forces and each manufacturer," the president added.
