Ukrainian drivers have been informed on how to obtain a driver's license online. According to 'Hvylya', this was announced by the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Ukraine has become the first country in Europe where a driver's license can be stored in a digital format on a smartphone. You can renew or restore the document in just a few clicks through the Diya application.
In what cases is this necessary:
- the document has expired;
- your personal data has changed;
- the document has been lost, damaged, or stolen;
- you want to obtain a modern digital license.
How it works:
- Open Diya - Services - Driver's license replacement;
- Select the reason and type (electronic / plastic + electronic);
- Specify the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (if a physical document is needed);
- Sign the application and pay online.
You can obtain a driver's license at the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or order delivery to your address.
