Activation of Ukraine's foreign policy in 2025
In 2025, Ukraine signed more than 30 international agreements, indicating an activation of foreign policy and an expansion of international partnerships. The geography of cooperation expanded to 40 countries, opening new opportunities for the development of the economy and the security of the country. To enhance digital security and innovation, Ukraine is actively working within the Tallinn mechanism, involving 13 countries.
Collaboration with international organizations
As part of this initiative, the European Union, NATO, and the World Bank have obtained the status of official observers, highlighting the importance of cooperation with international organizations. Through funding of €60.9 million from the countries participating in the initiative, Ukraine has the opportunity to implement new projects and strategies.
Among the important steps taken in 2025 are:
- the establishment of a project office within the WINWIN Strategy;
- the presentation of drafts of sectoral strategies in areas such as MedTech, BioTech, GreenTech, AgroTech, AI, and Semiconductors.
These initiatives contribute to strengthening Ukraine's international positioning and the development of strategic sectors.
The signing of new international agreements and active participation in initiatives such as the Tallinn mechanism indicates Ukraine's desire to integrate into the global economy and ensure its security through international cooperation.
Attracting funding and creating new projects in key economic sectors can significantly impact the development of innovations and technological solutions in the country, which, in turn, can promote economic growth and improve citizens' lives.
