Esteban Andrada Handed 13-Match Ban

The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) disciplinary committee has suspended Real Zaragoza goalkeeper Esteban Andrada for 13 matches. The punishment stems from an incident during the 37th round of Spain's second division, when Andrada punched an opponent in the face during a match against Huesca. One game of the ban is for his red card after receiving two yellow cards, while the remaining 12 matches are for assaulting a rival player.

The 35-year-old keeper earned his second yellow card in second-half stoppage time for shoving an opponent. Following his dismissal, Andrada struck Huesca's Jorge Pulido in the face. Andrada joined Zaragoza on loan from Mexican club Monterrey in September 2025. This season, he has appeared in 28 matches across all competitions, conceding 36 goals and keeping seven clean sheets. Zaragoza currently sits 21st in the Segunda División standings with 35 points from 37 games, placing them in the relegation zone.
