Ukraine has joined the OECD Working Group on Bribery, which is an important step in the fight against corruption. This became possible thanks to Ukraine's cooperation with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development in the anti-corruption field.
Ratification of the Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions is planned, which will open new opportunities for Ukraine in international cooperation and improve the transparency and trust of international partners.
The Role of the Secretariat in Cooperation
Since 2022, cooperation of the Secretariat, established with the participation of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, has been established with the OECD concerning legislative changes and communication with structural bodies.
