Strategic Partnership Between Ukrainian Armor and AviaNera Technologies
At the opening of the Eurosatory 2026 exhibition in Paris, a landmark agreement was signed between Ukrainian Armor LLC and the Czech firm AviaNera Technologies, a subsidiary of the Czechoslovak Group (CSG) holding. This strategic alliance focuses on designing, supplying, and manufacturing engines for Ukraine's precision-guided weapons systems. The collaboration aims to address critical gaps in propulsion technology for modern munitions.
The core of the cooperation between Ukrainian Armor and AviaNera Technologies will involve the supply and joint production of compact turbojet and turboprop engines across various power classes. These power units are intended for integration into:
- long-range unmanned platforms;
- reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs);
- loitering munitions;
- cruise missiles.
The partnership also includes plans to scale up engine output, gradually localize manufacturing within Ukraine, and establish new legal and production facilities.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has also codified and authorized for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine the new NEO-1 robotic complex.
