Agreement on Joint Production of Marine Drones
Ukraine and Portugal have signed an agreement on the joint production of marine drones. This is an important step in strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities and signifies support from Portugal. The Prime Minister of Portugal, Luís Montenegro, announced the transfer of 600,000 euros, which will be directed towards supporting Ukraine's energy sector.

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, emphasized the importance of this project, noting that it is one of the most promising directions in defense work right now. He also discussed with partners issues related to assistance to Ukraine, specifically the 90 billion euros related to frozen Russian assets. Zelensky stressed that Ukraine is counting on the use of all 210 billion euros of frozen Russian assets.
Furthermore, Volodymyr Zelensky pointed out that there is currently no peace agreement, and there may not be one in the future. He also mentioned that it is not up to Putin to decide when and in what format negotiations may take place.
