Agreements on Ukraine's security
After two days of negotiations in Berlin, Ukrainian and European leaders, as well as representatives from the United States, reached agreements on a package of security guarantees for Ukraine. This package includes support for Ukraine after the cessation of hostilities. Another important aspect of the negotiations was the issue of blocked Russian assets. The European Union has blocked Russian assets worth 210 billion euros, creating the possibility of using these funds for a reparative loan to Ukraine of up to 90 billion euros by the end of 2027.
