The Ukrainian defense industry has taken a new level of cooperation by signing an agreement with the American company D&M Holding Company. This joint venture will produce special chemicals for the needs of the defense sector, in particular for the production of ammunition for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ukraine is moving from procurement to domestic production, which is an important step in meeting urgent needs. The event took place during the International Conference on the Reconstruction of Ukraine (URC 2025) and was supported by high-ranking officials from both countries.
The document was signed by the heads of the Ukrainian and American companies in the presence of high-ranking officials, including the Special Envoy of the USA to Ukraine and the Advisor to the President of Ukraine on strategic issues.
It was noted that cooperation with the United States has always been of great importance to Ukraine, especially in light of the escalating situation in the east of the country. The establishment of a joint venture with an American company is an important step towards enhancing Ukraine's defense capability and manufacturing independence.
