Defense Agreement Reached with Middle Eastern Partners
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced a major defense pact, termed a "Drone-Deal," with Middle Eastern nations. The agreement covers the export of Ukrainian naval drones, specifically the Magura V.5 and Sea Baby models, and includes provisions for their joint production. Beyond drone exports, the agreement also secures fuel supplies for Ukraine. The nation's annual requirement of 8 million tons of diesel fuel is already accounted for within the arrangements. As part of the broader cooperation, partner countries have already received licenses for Patriot system missiles, while Ukraine is developing its own anti-ballistic system with the goal of achieving results within a year.
