Ukraine has become the world leader in the quality of fixed internet for the second time, achieving significant success in the field of electronic communications even during the war. Moreover, 100% of base stations in the country are now equipped with batteries, allowing them to operate autonomously for at least 4–6 hours. The country's government has also streamlined bureaucracy for the rapid construction of mobile communication towers, which has contributed to the development of infrastructure.
