Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has confirmed that overnight attacks targeted the Moscow Oil Refinery, marking the second such strike within a week. Additional targets included facilities in the Rostov region and areas under temporary occupation in Ukraine. Zelenskyy expressed gratitude to Ukraine’s defense and security forces for their coordinated efforts.
