In the first set, the Ukrainians dominated by a margin of 12 points (25:13), in the second they had an eight-point advantage (25:18), and the third set allowed the team to showcase their strength again, winning with a score of 20:25.
The most effective player of the match was Maksym Tonkonoh, who scored 12 points, supported by Mykola Kuts and Oleksandr Boyko, each with 10 points.
