Employees of the State Bureau of Investigations reported that the former acting director of the Department of State Procurement and Supply of Material Resources of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has been charged. Bribery and violation of the law
The official is suspected of negligence (part 2 of article 367 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and forgery of official documents (part 4 of article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The investigation established that in 2023 the suspect entered into at least 76 agreements with enterprises for the supply of lubricants, oil, and distillates for special purpose equipment. The total amount of these agreements exceeded 17 billion hryvnias.
