Launch of the U-Story Platform
The Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, in collaboration with the Center for Ukrainian Resilience Experience, is launching the U-Story platform aimed at collecting, systematizing, and sharing Ukraine's experiences worldwide. The first format of this platform is the immersive exhibition '35 Years of Resilience Experience', which showcases the adaptation of Ukrainian society to the challenges of war, including self-organization, critical infrastructure operation, culture, technology, and recovery.
One of the upcoming stops of the exhibition is scheduled to be at Unity Hub Berlin. The Minister of Social Policy, Family, and Unity, Denys Uliutin, emphasized the importance of this experience, stating:
'We have experience in the social sphere, in evacuation, rapid and emergency response. We know how to provide assistance to millions of people, how to transport them. And more and more, our international partners ask not only how we can help Ukraine but also: how did you manage to do this? Can you share this experience so we can prepare our societies?'
Denys Uliutin
Thus, the U-Story platform provides an opportunity for Ukraine to share its unique resilience experiences with the world.
Significance of the Platform for International Cooperation
The launch of the U-Story platform is an important step in strengthening international cooperation and sharing knowledge that can be useful to other countries in overcoming crisis situations. The exhibition '35 Years of Resilience Experience' not only demonstrates Ukraine's achievements but also opens up opportunities for expanding the dialogue on response strategies to challenges facing societies in various parts of the world.
As Ukraine shares its resilience experiences through the U-Story platform, understanding the social protection measures in wartime becomes increasingly relevant. Insights from studies like the one conducted by Estonia and the International Organization for Migration on the Ukrainian social protection system can provide valuable context for other nations facing crises.
