The Ukrainian national team finished the world championship in Cairo in ninth place in the medal standings. Although the championship was not very productive, it is worth noting that Ukrainian shooters demonstrated a high level. Pavlo Korostylov became a multi-medalist, winning one gold, one silver, and two bronze medals. This allowed the team to remain in the top ten strongest.

In the general medal standings of the European Youth Olympic Festival, Ukraine took 10th place, winning 5 gold, 8 silver, and 10 bronze medals. This was the second most successful performance in the history of participation.
Ukraine's performance at the Summer Universiade
The World Summer Universiade has concluded in Germany, where Ukrainian athletes demonstrated good results. Our teams won 12 medals: 4 gold, 3 silver, and 5 bronze, and finished 14th in the overall medal standings.
Among the sports in which Ukrainians won awards, judo, swimming, athletics, taekwondo, shooting, artistic gymnastics, and table tennis should be highlighted.
