Ukraine at the 2026 Olympic Games

Ukraine has earned 10 licenses in luge to participate in the 2026 Olympic Games, which will be held from February 6 to 22 in Milan-Cortina. This is 4 more licenses than at the previous Games in Beijing-2022, indicating an improvement in the results of Ukrainian athletes in this sport.

Licenses and Representation of Ukraine

In men's singles luge, Ukraine received 2 quotas, which will be represented by:

  • Anton Dukach
  • Andriy Mandziy

In women's singles luge, 2 quotas were also earned:

  • Yulianna Tunitska
  • Olena Smaga

In men's doubles luge, Ukraine will have 2 crews:

  • Igor Hoy paired with Nazariy Kachmar
  • Danil Martynovsky with Bohdan Babura and Maksym Pachuk with Andriy Muts

In women's doubles luge, Ukraine will for the first time be represented by one crew:

  • Olena Stetskiv and Oleksandra Mox

Thanks to earning these licenses, Ukraine has also secured its participation in the team tournament, which adds another important aspect to the overall success at the upcoming Olympic Games.
