The Pension Fund of Ukraine has started the process of granting temporary state assistance to children whose parents do not fulfill their obligations regarding alimony or maintenance. This program is designed to protect the rights of minors in cases where parents do not meet their obligations to their children.

Criteria for receiving assistance

Children under 18 can receive assistance if their parents are on the list of debtors, parental involvement in criminal cases, lack of residence, etc.

Amount and conditions of payments

The amount of assistance depends on the child's age and the family's income and can reach up to 3,196 hryvnias per month. To receive assistance, it is necessary to submit the required documents, and it may be provided for a period of six months. In case of a change in conditions or when the child reaches 6 years of age, payments may be revised.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine is implementing a program to assist children whose parents cannot or do not wish to provide for them in changing life circumstances. This initiative aims to support young citizens in the country and ensure their right to proper living conditions.
