Ukrainians are massively transferring numbers from 'Kyivstar', lifecell and Vodafone: from whom more subscribers are leaving

In June, over 20,000 Ukrainians took advantage of the mobile number portability (MNP) service, most often switching from 'Kyivstar' to lifecell. According to official data from the National Commission for State Regulation of Communications and Informatization (NCCIR), the total number of transfers amounted to 20,452.


In June, there were more than 20,000 mobile number transfers among Ukrainians. The most subscribers switched from 'Kyivstar' to lifecell, making 11,856 transfers. 'Kyivstar' lost 8,350 subscribers, Vodafone - 7,611, and lifecell - 4,352. 'Intertelecom' lost 112 subscribers, while 'TriMob' lost 27.



In June, 4,225 numbers were transferred to Vodafone, 4,331 to 'Kyivstar', while 'Intertelecom' and 'TriMob' gained only 14 and 26 new subscribers, respectively.


During the migration of subscribers to Vodafone, the company introduced new tariffs - FLEXX GO and FLEXX TOP, which will be available from July 2. FLEXX GO offers unlimited calls within the network, unlimited access to mobile applications, 500 minutes to other numbers in Ukraine, and 25 GB of internet for 320 hryvnias for 4 weeks. The FLEXX TOP tariff includes the same features but with 800 minutes and 50 GB of internet for 500 hryvnias. Furthermore, calls and internet in the EU will now be available at Ukrainian rates.



Conclusion:
In June, over 20,000 users in Ukraine changed their mobile operator using the number portability service. Lifecell became the leader in the number of transfers, with the most 'Kyivstar' subscribers moving to this operator. Vodafone announced new tariffs aimed at meeting the needs of modern mobile communication users.
