Ukrainians are seeking ways to avoid mobilization in Poland. Some of them use fake truck driving licenses to gain the ability to leave the country.
"Polish border services are increasingly noticing Ukrainians with fake category C driving licenses upon entry from Ukraine to Poland," the document states.
We remind you that under martial law, men of conscription age are prohibited from leaving Ukraine without special permission. However, some drivers manage to avoid this restriction as their work in international transport is considered a determining criterion.
"Young people can only leave the country if they have a job in an international transport company, a license for international transport, and the appropriate documents," Ukrainian embassy representatives explain.
Reports show that Ukrainians are increasingly being denied entry to Poland for these reasons. However, authorities note that the majority of people leave the country legally and with all necessary documents.
This situation is attracting growing interest due to the military events and mobilization in Ukraine, as more and more people are trying to find ways to evade conscription.
