State Initiative 'Affordable Loans 5-7-9%'
Ukraine’s flagship lending scheme, the 'Affordable Loans 5-7-9%' program, offers financial backing to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. It is administered by the National Development Institution, an entity dedicated to fostering business growth amid economic challenges.
Lending Statistics
Over the past seven days, authorized banks issued 1,596 subsidized loans totaling UAH 12.7 billion. Since the start of 2026, 21,091 loans worth UAH 99.4 billion have been extended. During the period of martial law in Ukraine, 121,253 loans amounting to UAH 471.9 billion have been provided. In total, since the program’s launch, 156,075 credit agreements have been signed, with a combined value of UAH 561.5 billion.
The 'Affordable Loans 5-7-9%' initiative remains a crucial tool for sustaining Ukraine’s economy, particularly under martial law.
